Brent Werner is an American-European Business Consultant with an extensive background in multiple functional areas and industries. Most recently, Brent has been involved with Product Development from design to ship while importing giftware and food products from Poland and Germany for distribution as wholesale, retail, and private label products to customers throughout the United States. In developing a line of over 800 line items for his company, Poliday© Ornaments and Gifts, Brent selected European and American suppliers which helped him develop products, packaging, and marketing materials for nation-wide distribution for sale through merchandise marts to gift stores across the United States. Brent also sold his products via numerous other channels including the development of private label products for Pendleton Woolen Mills, Jacobs Entertainment, The Polish Consulate, and The Stanley Hotel, to name a few.
Brent Werner has a rich career history with work in most domestic and international functional areas of industry: Product Design and Development, Procurement, Packaging, Importing, Shipping and Receiving, Inventory control, Marketing, and Wholesale and Retail Sales and Distribution. He worked in the technical side of numerous defense and NASA contracts in Configuration Management for Lockheed-Martin. He also worked on the external Supply Chain for Sandoz Pharmaceuticals (Novartis) assisting senior buyers and planners in expediting international shipments.
Brent completed two undergraduate degrees with majors in Engineering Science and Business, as well as an MBA, from Regis University. Currently, he is working on the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certificate through A.P.I.C.S., and the Certificate in International Trade through Rocky Mountain World Trade Center Institute.
